Returns and refunds

Return requests: within 7 days of delivery.

Returned suits must be uncut, unstitched, unwashed and clean.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 7-day window. The customer pays the return delivery cost.

Once the returned suit arrives, we inspect it before issuing the refund. If we arrange a return pickup, its delivery fee is deducted from the refund.

Gulpak Fabrics covers the return delivery cost for damaged, missing or wrong items. This cost is not deducted from the refund.

For wrong items, the customer can choose a refund or replacement.

COD refunds are made by bank transfer within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned suit.
